Well, after yesterday's first training session I had every intention to get back out the following morning... But within a few hours of coming back from my run I started to feel unwell. Thought it might have been my hayfever as I was sniffing and started to get a sore throat.... It got worse!
Throat got worse and started to get a fever. Muscles were aching but I think that's the combination of the run and not feeling well.
Didn't get out of bed till 3pm.
Starting to feel better and am considering going out tomorrow morning for a run? Although not too keen about going down the marina that time of the morning. We'll see!
